Do paintings dance? (Ages 5-7)

Movement and dance workshop (Ages 5-7)
How would the shapes in a painting move? How would the figures in the museum’s sculptures come to life? How would colors, lines, and figures dance?
In this workshop, we will explore art through our bodies! We will walk through the Museum’s spaces, observe paintings and sculptures up close and from a distance, and imagine colors, textures, and shapes. We will close our eyes, listen to music, and let our bodies “speak” about what they see.
Together, we will transform into sculptures, paintings, or even shapes! What do they want to tell us? Not with words, but with movement!
Through movement games and improvisation, we will enter the world of images. We will let our imagination guide us and create our own dance stories inspired by the artworks we see.
This workshop is an opportunity to play, create, and experience art in a new, magical way. Are you ready to dance inside the museum?
